摘要:
农田水利建设反映了我国的国民经济的基础，也是农业基础建设的主要环节。农田水 利的建设已成为我国农业发展的主要目标，在农业生产发展中占有不可替代的地位。农业水利 工程建设不仅提高了农民的整体生活水平，提高了农民的生活质量，在改善经济方面发挥了重 要作用，也为农民的生活水平提供了重要的物质基础。因此，农业水利建设对于改善我国农村 经济和农业发展具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The construction of irrigation and water conservancy reflects the basis of China's national economy, and is also the main link of agricultural infrastructure construction. The construction of irriga? tion and water conservancy has become the main goal of China's agricultural development and occupies an irreplaceable position in the development of agricultural production.
