摘要:
本文通过建立共享平台，实现乡村土地使用权共享，提高资源尤其是闲置土地资源的 利用率，实现“共享菜园”模式构建。利用此平台实现供需双方便捷的信息交流，满足城镇人口 亲近自然、获取有机蔬菜的需求。同时，农民通过出租土地及提供种植教学、维护菜园等增值服 务获得收入。
Abstract:
Through the establishment of a sharing platform, this paper realizes the sharing of rural land use rights, improves the utilization rate of resources, especially idle land resources, and realizes the construction of "Shared garden" mode. This platform is used to realize convenient information ex? change between the supply and demand sides, to meet the urban population's demand of getting close to nature and obtaining organic vegetables. At the same time, farmers earn income by renting land and providing value-added services such as planting, teaching and maintaining gardens.
