摘要:: 森林资源是保障国家经济发展的重要资源，是一个国家赖以生存的物质基础。而植物造林技术可以有效扩大国家的植被覆盖率，森林经营管护可以保证森林资源经济价值的充分体现，促进国家的可持续发展。基于此，本文重点针对指数造林技术以及森林经营管护措施进行了详细的分析，以供参考。

Abstract:: Forest resources are important resources to ensure national economic development and the material basis on which a country depends for its survival. Afforestation technology can effectively ex? pand the vegetation coverage of the country, forest management and management can ensure the full embodiment of the economic value of forest resources, and promote the sustainable development of the country. Based on this, this paper focuses on the index afforestation technology and forest manage? ment and protection measures for reference.
