摘要:
高效液相色谱法同时对黄瓜中吡虫啉、多菌灵两种农药进行残留分析。用乙腈提取, 1:25~1:10 之间4 种体积比的甲醇:二氯甲烷淋洗,氨基柱净化,紫外检测器分析。试验结果吡虫 啉回收率为78.1%~93.5%;多菌灵回收率为72.1%~92.3%。该方法准确度达到定量分析要求。
Abstract:
The residues of imidacloprid and carbendazim in cucumber were analyzed by using high per? formance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile , eluted with methanol and dichloromethane by 4 volumetric ratios from 1:25 to 1:10, purified by NH2 column and analyzed by using UV detector. The results showed that the recoveries of imidacloprid and carbendazim were 78.1%~ 93.5% and 72.1%~92.3%, respectively. The method showed the accuracy met the demand quantitative analysis.
