摘要:
以紫苏籽为原料,研究微波辅助提取工艺的细化参数,筛选分析提取过程中的单因素 变量,结果表明:以70 %(v/v)的乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,料液比1:12g/ml,通过室温10min 预浸提, 微波功率385W,微波时间8min,紫苏籽油实际实际得率为28.98%。通过验证、对比实验充分表 明微波辅助提取工艺的优势,为进一步优化微波辅助条件下的油脂提取工艺提供参考。
Abstract:
By using perilla seed as raw material, the refinement parameters of microwave-assisted ex? traction technology were studied, and the single factor variables in the extraction process were screened and analyzed. The experiments result showed that the actual yield of perilla seed oil was 28.98% with 70% (v/v) ethanol solution as extraction solvent, material-liquid ratio of 1:12 g/ml, microwave power of 385 W, microwave time of 8 minand pre-extracionof room temperature 10 min. The advantages of micro? wave-assisted extraction technology were fully demonstrated through verification and comparison exper? iments, which could provide reference for further optimization of microwave-assisted extraction technol? ogy of oil.
