摘要:
以紫花野百合的蒴果为试验材料,模拟中性盐胁迫和碱性盐胁迫,对紫花野百合种子 在不同Na+浓度下萌发情况进行研究,测定萌发过程中的萌发率、萌发势、萌发指数,分析不同 类型盐胁迫对种子萌发参数的影响。结果表明,中性盐胁迫下,Na+浓度为30、50mmol.L-1 时, 促进种子的提前萌发,种子萌发率、萌发势、萌发指数提高;碱性盐胁迫下,随着Na+浓度的升 高,萌发率、萌发势、萌发指数均呈现显著下降趋势,当中性盐和碱性盐Na+浓度分别达到170、 130mmol.L-1 时,完全抑制种子的萌发。紫花野百合对中性盐的耐受水平比碱性盐高,盐胁迫下 表现出增效、负效和完全抑制三个方面的萌发特性。
Abstract:
The capsule of Crotalaria sessiliflora L. was used as the experimental material, The germina? tion rate, germination potential and germination index of Crotalaria sessiliflora L. seeds under different Na+ concentrations were studied by simulating neutral salt stress and alkaline salt stress, and the ef? fects of different types of salt stress on seed germination parameters were ana-lyzed.Study results,Un? der the condition of neutral salt, the concentration of Na+ was 30、50 mmol.L-1, which promoted the early germination of the seeds, the seed germination rate, the germination potential and the germination index;Under alkaline salt stress, the germination rate, germination potential and germination index de? creased significantly with the increase of Na+ concentration;When the concentration of neutral salt and alkaline salt Na+ reached 170、130 mmol.L-1, the germination of seeds was completely inhibited.The tolerance level of Crotalaria sessiliflora L. seeds to neutral salt was higher than that of alkaline salt. Un? der salt stress, the seed showed three germination characteristics: synergistic effect, negative effect and complete inhibition.
