摘要:

本文通过文献研究、走访调查筛选出影响农业硕士专业学位研究生实践能力提升的评 价指标，通过对江苏、安徽、山东省三所高校的8 家实训基地进行评估采样分析，对影响实践能力 的因素与实际培养效果进行探讨，得出实践水平对实践能力的提升影响最大，并从高校、政府、 企业三个方面对实践技能的培养效果进行研究，建立了相应的评价指标模型，构建了“三层次、 全过程、互通式”的农业硕士专业学位研究生实践能力提升的多层联动培养模式。

Abstract:

This paper, through the study of the literature, has screened out the evaluation index of the improvement of the practice ability of the graduate students of the master's degree in agriculture, and through the evaluation and sampling analysis of the eight practical training bases in the three universi? ties in Jiangsu, Anhui and Shandong, The factors that influence the practical ability and the practical training effect are discussed, the effect of the practice level on the practice ability is the greatest, and the cultivation effect of the practical skills is studied from the three aspects of the university, the govern? ment and the enterprise, and the corresponding evaluation index model is established. Multi-layer link? age training for the improvement of the practice ability of the master's degree in agricultural master's degree in "the three levels, the whole process, the general formula" Maintenance mode.
