Title:: A study on the file management of rural students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要:: 学生档案管理在高职院校的档案管理工作中占据了重要的地位，然而农村学生的档案存在完整性不足、缺少科学分类、缺乏规范性问题，因此给高职院校的学生档案管理工作带来了一定的难度。为了能够对农村学生的档案实施更加完善的管理，提出完善管理制度、完善档案数据信息以及做好工作经验的总结和有价值信息的应用，提高农村生源学生的教学和管理。

Abstract:: The management of students' files plays an important role in the file management of higher vocational colleges. However, there are some problems in the file management of rural students, such as lack of integrity, lack of scientific classification and lack of standardization, which bring some difficul? ties to the management of students' files in Higher Vocational colleges. In order to be able to carry out a more perfect management of the files of rural students, it is proposed to improve the management sys? tem, improve the file data information, summarize the work experience and the application of valuable information, and improve the teaching and management of rural students.
