摘要:
在双创浪潮中，农业新型研发机构在促进农业科技成果转化、推动传统农业转型升级 方面担当着重要角色。本文以科荟种业股份有限公司为例，探索其建设历程、发展现状、做法经 验、存在问题及对策建议，为农业新型研发机构的建设提供个体范本，以供借鉴参考。
Abstract:
In the mass entrepreneurship and innovation boom，new agricultural R&D institutions play an important role in promoting the transformation of agricultural technological achievements and pro? moting the upgrading of traditional agriculture. This article takes Kehui Seed Co., Ltd. as an example to explore its construction history, development status, practice & experience, problems & countermea? sures, and provide individual model for the construction of new agricultural R&D institutions for refer? ence.
