摘要:
微波技术是一种依靠微波发生设备产生的高频电磁波,可以在有限条件里对被处理物体产 生一定的作用,在现代社会已经得到了广泛应用,果蔬加工对于一些微生物或者相关的分子有一定的 要求,所以在果蔬加工过程中使用微波技术是为了提高果蔬加工制品的质量与效率。本文将对国内 果蔬加工过程中微波技术及其应用进行分析。
Abstract:
Microwave technology is a kind of high-frequency electromagnetic wave generated by microwave generating equipment, which can produce certain effects on the processed objects under limited conditions. It has been widely used in modern society. Fruit and vegetable processing requires some microorganisms or related molecules. Therefore, microwave technology is used in fruit and vegetable processing to improve the quality and efficiency of processed products. This paper will analyze the microwave technology and its appli? cation in domestic fruit and vegetable processing.
