摘要:
针对地方本科院校园艺专业人才培养模式存在的问题，根据地方园艺行业对应用型园艺专 业人才需求，进行了园艺专业“四段式能力递进”人才培养模式的探索和实践，提高毕业生园艺专业技 术的应用能力，为园艺行业培养高素质应用型的专业人才。
Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the training mode of campus arts professionals in local under? graduate colleges, according to the demand of applied horticulture professionals in local horticulture indus? try, the exploration and practice of "four-stage ability progressive" talent training mode of horticulture spe? cialty is carried out to improve the application ability of graduates'horticulture specialty technology and to train high-quality applied professionals for horticulture industry.
