摘要:: 今年注定是一个不平凡之年。从国内形势看，去年刚经历了非洲猪瘟的重创，生猪生产尚未恢复元气；今春新冠肺炎疫情的突袭基本得到了有效的控制，但由于国外疫情蔓延等诸多因素影响，真正的胜利时刻还未到来，决不能有丝毫松懈；还有非洲蝗灾正在日渐逼近我国西域，决不可掉以轻心。在这种错综复杂的国内国际形势下，一个重大的关乎国计民生的粮食安全问题迫在眉睫。如何确保粮食安全，化危为机？本文呼吁重修我们的农业道德与行为规矩，提升农业的精气神，并选取中国农业、农村、农民的相关问题展开讨论。

Abstract:: This year is destined to be an extraordinary year. Novel coronavirus pneumonia has been recov? ered from the outbreak of the African swine fever last year. The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epi? demic has been basically controlled. However, due to the spread of many factors such as the spread of foreign diseases, the real time for victory is yet to come. There is no way to let down. 。In this complex domestic and international situation, a major food security issue related to the national economy and people's liveli? hood is imminent. How to ensure food security and turn crisis into opportunity? This paper calls for the revi? sion of our agricultural morality and behavior rules, the promotion of the spirit of agriculture, and the selec? tion of Chinese agriculture, rural areas, farmers to discuss the relevant issues.
