摘要:
随着经济全球化的进程的加速和我国加入世界贸易组织，农产品出口受到了绿色贸易壁垒 的影响，问题也日益突出。笔者通过收集大量文献和资料，由绿色贸易壁垒的概念、原因、表现形式入 手，分析绿色贸易壁垒在WTO 和GATT 框架下的法律规则，以及绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的 影响。在大量文献和研究的支持下，提出了我国对农产品出口的法律对策，从国内外角度提出建议。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the export of agricultural products has been affected by green trade barriers, and the problems have become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the legal rules of green trade barriers un? der the framework of WTO and GATT, and the influence of green trade barriers on the export of agricultural products in China.
