摘要:
临沧市农广校以培育农业农村专业人才为初心，以增强农村基层干部专业素质为使命，结合 党的十九大报告提出的实施乡村振兴战略，以“重特色、保质量、求实效、创品牌”为临沧市农广校工 作目标，在实施农村实用技术培训和新型职业农民培育项目中，不断探索农村专业人才培养模式，学 员通过参加项目培训，同时接受中专学历教育，已成为当地产业发展创业就业的领头雁。
Abstract:
Lincang agriculture and broadcasting university takes the cultivation of agricultural and rural pro? fessionals as its initial goal, the enhancement of the professional quality of rural grassroots cadres as its mis? sion, combined with the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the purpose of "attaching importance to char? acteristics, ensuring quality, seeking actual effect and creating brand" ”In order to achieve the goal of Lin? cang agriculture and broadcasting school, in the implementation of rural practical technology training and new-type vocational farmer training project, the training mode of rural professional talents is constantly ex? plored. The trainees have become the leading geese in the local industry development and entrepreneurship by participating in project training and receiving secondary vocational education at the same time.
