摘要:: 随着人口大量涌入城市，城市区域不断向外围扩展，周边村落的农房亟需进行征收安置工作。房屋是农民的安身所在，征收安置问题尤为重要。为了确保解决征收安置过程中的公平与效率问题，那么针对安置的对象、标准、程序等各个方面都要依据科学、合法的手段来制定，如此才能保障农民的权益和维护社会的稳定。

Abstract:: With the influx of population into the city, the urban area continues to expand to the periphery, and the rural houses in the surrounding villages urgently need to be requisitioned and resettlement. The house is the peasant's safe place, and the problem of expropriation and resettlement is particularly important. In order to ensure the resolution of the fairness and efficiency in the process of expropriation and resettle? ment, all aspects of resettlement objects, standards, procedures and other aspects must be formulated accord? ing to scientific and legal means, so as to protect the rights and interests of farmers and maintain social stabil? ity.
