摘要:
目的:建立西洋参细胞悬浮培养体系。方法:通过不同激素和物理影响因素筛选出西洋参细胞培养的最佳条 件。结果:将西洋参愈伤组织接种于附加0.5mg·L-1 2,4-D + 0.1 mg·L-1 KT + 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA 的MS 培养基上最适合 西洋参愈伤组织的生长;用西洋参愈伤组织制作西洋参细胞,发现西洋参悬浮细胞生长曲线类似“S”型;通过改变西洋 参细胞悬浮培养的外界条件发现,西洋参悬浮细胞生长的最佳接种量为1.5 g/30mL,摇床转速和光照条件对西洋参细 胞生长影响没有显著差异。结论:建立了西洋参细胞悬浮培养体系,该技术为西洋参细胞的扩大培养和有效成分的提 取提供了物质基础。
