摘要:
随着我国乡村振兴战略理念的提出与大学生就业压力的上升，高校基于乡村振兴战略背景下开展大学生职 业生涯规划教学具有非常重要的作用。高校目前在大学生职业生涯规划教育中存在教师对大学生职业生涯规划教育 意识薄弱，大学生职业生涯规划课程的师资力量不足，大学生缺乏正确的择业观等问题。如何在大学生职业生涯规划 课程中融入乡村振兴战略理念是高校应重视的问题之一，为了解决这些问题，我们应该加强大学生职业生涯规划教育 与乡村振兴战略的有效融合，加强大学生职业生涯规划课程师资队伍建设，并建设完善的评价体系，帮助大学生更好 地就业。
