摘要:
农业强国是社会主义现代化强国的根基，满足人民美好生活需要、实现高质量发展、夯实国家安全基础都离 不开农业发展。因此，社会各界应群策群力，共同培养一批具有高素质、高技术、高水平的农业生产队伍，从而实现农 业强国的目标。在乡村振兴战略的指导下，农业类高职院校服务地方高素质农民可以提高农业生产效率，保障国家的 粮食安全，推动农业生产的转型升级。基于此，本文主要对农业类高职院校服务地方高素质农民的培育机制进行研 究，并针对性提出切实可行的培养方案，以供农业类高职院校进行参考，从而培养出高素质的农民队伍，促进农村产
