摘要:

随着我国经济的发展，农村土地流转成为必然趋势。随着城乡一体化的推进，农村土地流转率也在逐年上升。农村土地流转是加快我国城乡一体化的切入点之一，有利于我国农业的规模化和集约化发展。但目前，我国的农村土地流转尚处于起步阶段，在实施过程中暴露出的一系列问题，如体制缺陷、法律不健全、土地产权模糊等，已严重阻碍了土地流转的发展。本研究对农村土地流转中的深层问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决措施，同时对土地流转中的政府行为进行了简要介绍。

Abstract:

With the development of China's economy, rural land circulation becomes an inevitable trend. With the advancement of urban and rural integration, the rural land circulation rate is increasing year by year. Rural land circulation is one of the entry points for speeding up the integration of urban and rural areas in China, which is conducive to the scale and intensive development of agriculture in China. But at present, the rural land circulation in our country is still in its infancy, exposed a series of problems in the implementation process, such as, imperfect legal system defects, ambiguous property rights of land, etc., has seriously hindered the development of land circulation. This study analyzes the deep problems in rural land circulation and puts forward the corresponding solutions, and introduces the government behavior in the land circulation.
