摘要:
羊肚菌是一种非常名贵的、食药兼用的珍稀菌类，也是土生菌，在人工栽培中，不消耗森 林资源；羊肚菌还属于低温菌类，基本没有病虫害，不用施农药和化肥。因此羊肚菌产业是绿色 环保产业。以下就羊肚菌人工栽培的方法和步骤予以简要叙述。
Abstract:
Morchella is a rare and precious fungus with both food and medicine. It is also a native fun? gus. In artificial cultivation, it does not consume forest resources; it also belongs to low temperature fun? gi, basically without pests and diseases, and does not need pesticides and fertilizers. Therefore, the tripe industry is a green environmental industry. The following is a brief description of the methods and proce? dures for artificial cultivation of Morchella.
