摘要:
内蒙古的生态关系到内蒙古各族群众的生存和发展，也关系到华北、东北、西北乃至全 国的生态安全。独特的地理区位和关键的生态区位，决定了内蒙古自治区要走绿色发展道路。 本文通过对现有情况的归纳梳理，找出自治区生态文明建设过程中存在的问题，并基于此提出 建立健全生态文明制度体系，强化生态文明建设保障的措施，对促进内蒙古生态文明制度的实 施有重要意义。
Abstract:
The ecology of Inner Mongolia is related to the survival and development of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia, as well as to the ecological security of the whole country. The unique geographical lo? cation and key ecological location determine that Inner Mongolia should take the green development path. Based on the current situation, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of ecologi? cal civilization construction in the autonomous region, and puts forward the measures of establishing and perfecting the system of ecological civilization, guiding, standardizing and strengthening the guarantee of ecological civilization construction.
