摘要:
近年来，随着普通高校青年教师数量的不断增加，高校教学质量问题的突出。人们越 来越关注青年教师的发展。本文以吉林省普通高校青年教师发展为研究对象，通过问卷调查分 析了吉林省普通高校青年教师发展现状、发展中存在的问题，进而提出促进吉林省普通髙校青年 教师发展的对策。
Abstract:
In recent years, with the increasing number of young teachers in colleges and universities, the quality of teaching in colleges and universities has become more and more serious. People pay more and more attention to the development of young teachers. Taking the development of young teachers in colleg? es and universities of jilin province as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of young teachers in colleges and universities of jilin province through ques? tionnaire survey, and then puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of young teachers in colleges and universities of jilin province.
