摘要:
该实验主要探讨最佳的丰花月季增殖培养、生根培养培养基配方,结果得出:瓶苗切段 转接到MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ GA3 1.0 mg/L 配方中,最适合丰花月季的增殖,还能 减少玻璃化现象的发生;通过3-4 次的继代后,再次切段转接到1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L 配方中,生 根效果最佳,平均根数达到4.6 条。
Abstract:
This experiment mainly discussed the optimal formula of proliferation culture medium and root culture medium of Chinese flowering rose. The results showed that the cutting section of bottle seed? lings was transferred to MS+KT 1.0mg /L+NAA 0.2mg /L+ GA3 1.0mg /L formula, which was most suit? able for proliferation of Chinese flowering rose and could reduce vitrification. After 3-4 generations, the resections were cut and transferred to the 1/2 ms +IBA 0.5mg /L formula, and the rooting effect was the best, with the average number of roots reaching 4.6.
