摘要:
该试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨不同碳源、氮源对滑子菇新品种液体培养基菌丝生 物量的影响。结果得出滑子菇新品种的最佳液体培养基是玉米粉3.0%、葡萄糖2.5%、麸皮3.5%、黄豆 粉2.7%。
Abstract:
Through single factor test and orthogonal test, the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelia biomass in liquid medium of a new mushroom variety were investigated. Results the best liq? uid medium for the new mushroom variety was corn flour 3.0%, glucose 2.5%, bran 3.5% and soybean flour 2.7%.
