摘要:
为探明盐胁迫对羽衣甘蓝种子萌发特性的影响,明确种子萌发期对盐胁迫的耐受能力,本试验以羽衣甘蓝种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度的NaCL(0、40、80、120、160、200mmol/l)和NaHCO(3 0、20、30、40、50、60mmol/l)对种子萌发胁迫的作用。结果表明:1、2 种盐胁迫处理下,羽衣甘蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等指标均随着盐浓度的升高逐渐降低;2、高浓度的NaHCO3盐溶液对羽衣甘蓝种子的胚根、胚芽的生长抑制较NaCL 盐溶液显著;3、2 种盐
Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of salt stress on the germination characteristics of ornamental kale seeds, the tolerance to salt stress during seed germination was determined. In this study, ornamental kale seeds were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCL (0,40, 80, 120, 160, 200mmol/l) and NaHCO3 (0, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 mmol/l) on seed germination stress. The results showed that :1 . 2 salt stress treatments, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of ornamental kale seeds decreased with the increase of salt concentration. 2. High concentration of NaHCO3 salt solution significantly inhibited the growth of ornamental kale seeds radicle and germ compared with NaCL salt solution. 3. The two salts had different degrees of inhibition on seed germination. The inhibition of different kinds of salts on seed germination of ornamental kale seeds was NaCL < NaHCO3. 4. In the germination stage of ornamental kale seeds, the appropriate salt tolerance concentrations of NaCL and NaHCO3 two single salt stress were 76.46 mmol/l, 26.57mmol/l, the salt tolerance half-lethal concentra? tions were 130.80mmol/l, 38.77mmol/l, and the salt tolerance limit concentrations were 217.76mmol/l, 58.28mmol/l, respectively.
