摘要:
本文通过对黑龙江省26家农民用水户协会的调查,运用二元Logistic回归方法实证分析了影响农民用水合作组织成员行为选择的因素。研究结果表明,成员的文化水平、灌溉方式、灌溉面积、心理认知、农民用水合作组织的组织制度建设情况等10个因素对农民用水合作组织中成员的行为选择有显著性影响。因此,加强对成员的文化知识与技能培训,改善成员对农民用水合作组织的认识,健全农民用水合作组织的制度建设,有利于推动成员的积极合作。
Abstract:
This study analyzed the factors influencing members’ behavior choice of farmers’ water cooperative organization through the survey of 26 farmer- water- user association of Heilongjiang, using binary regression method of Logistic. The results showed that almost 10 factors as cultural level of the members, irrigation, irrigation area, the psychological cognition, farmers’ water cooperative organization system construction affect members’ behavior choice observably. So it is a good way to promote members’ cooperation with the strategies of strengthening the cultural knowledge and skills training, improving the understanding of farmers’ water cooperative organization members and the sound construction of the organization
