摘要:
黑龙江省为例分析表明,农机专业合作社的发展降低成本效率质量,取得了明显的效益, 但是,土地流转缺乏财政支持,人员等问题不适合系统阻碍了农机专业合作社的发展,促进农机专 业合作社的发展应该加快土地适度规模经营,创新金融信贷产品，加强教育培训，加强政策支持 引导。
Abstract:
Heilongjiang province as an example analysis shows that the development of agricultural ma? chinery professional cooperatives reduce cost efficiency quality, have achieved obvious benefits, howev? er, land circulation the lack of financial support, personnel and other issues are not suitable for system hindered the development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, promote the develop? ment of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives should accelerate land moderate scale man? agement, innovative financial credit products, strengthen education training, strengthening policy sup? port.
