摘要:
本文主要运用管理学的相关理论知识，将社团内部、挂靠院系、社联组织的管理机制创 新研究为重点，以郑州大学为例，通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、优化后的模糊层次分析法等， 对六大制度提出合理的建议，并参考西方社团管理模式，对当下制度的不足之处进行改良，全面、 系统地研究和探讨高校学生社团管理模式，探索促使社团长远发展的有效途径，为高校学生社团 的良性发展提供参考意见。
Abstract:
In this paper, we mainly use the relevant theories of management knowledge, and pay much attention to corporate internal penetration, affiliated departments, organization management mechanism innovation research, with zhengzhou university as an example, through the literature method, interview ways, questionnaire survey method, the optimized fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and so on, in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for six systems, and we also refer to the western community manage? ment model, to improve the deficiency of the present system, and in order to research the management mode of college student associations comprehensively and systematically. what’s more, we also commit to explore an effective means of student associations’long-term development, provide advice for the healthy development of college student associations.
