摘要:
在实施乡村振兴战略中，农业科研单位发挥着科技支撑作用，需要一批高素质专业化的 管理队伍。本文以分类改革后的农业科研单位为视角，探讨了科技支撑乡村振兴中科研单位管 理队伍的概况，管理队伍建设面临的困境，以及加强高素质专业化管理队伍建设的对策建议。
Abstract:
In implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, agricultural scientific research institu? tions play a supporting role in science and technology and need a number of high-quality and profes? sional management teams.This paper discusses the general situation of the management team of scientif? ic research institutions in supporting the revitalization of rural areas by science and technology, the dif? ficulties faced by the construction of management team, and the countermeasures and Suggestions for strengthening the construction of high-quality and professional management team.
