摘要:
攀枝花市地处金沙江下游干热河谷地区核心区,地形复杂、山高坡陡谷深,降雨集中暴 雨频繁,水土流失问题比较严重。攀枝花市多年以来非常重视干热河谷的水土流失治理工作, 根据当地的地质和气候条件等采取了多项措施,并取得了不错的效果。本文根据现有的研究资 料,结合自身在水土流失治理当中的一些经验,详细分析了攀枝花干热河谷地区水土流失治理 措施及其效果,认为之所以能够在水土流失治理当中取得不错效果,主要是采取了系统性的治 理措施,并保证治理措施的贯彻执行。通过研究,希望能够对其它地区水土流失治理提供一些 帮助和借鉴。
Abstract:
Panzhihua is located in the core area of dry and hot valley in the lower reaches of Jinsha Riv? er. The topography is complex, the mountain is high and the slope is steep and the valley is deep, the rainfall is concentrated frequently and the problem of soil erosion is serious. For many years Panzhihua has attached great importance to the treatment of soil and water loss in dry and hot valleys and has taken many measures according to the local geological and climatic conditions and achieved good results. Based on the existing research data and some experiences in soil and water loss control, this paper analyz? es in detail the measures and effects of soil and water loss control in the dry and hot valley of Panzhihua. It is believed that the main reason for achieving good results in soil and water loss control is the follow? ing: The system of governance measures, and ensure the implementation of governance measures. Through the research, we hope to provide some help and reference to other areas.
