摘要:
我国作为一个发展中的农业大国，“三农”问题历来是全党工作的重点。农村“三变”改 革，是一项重要的理论创新、实践创新、机制创新，推进“三变”改革不但能够破解当前“三农”发 展瓶颈，还对城乡融合发展具有重要的推手作用。
Abstract:
As a large developing agricultural country, the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farm? ers" has always been the focus of the whole party's work. The reform of "three changes" in rural areas is an important innovation in theory, practice and mechanism. Advancing the reform of "three changes" will not only break the bottleneck of the development of "three changes" in rural areas, but also play an important role in promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
