摘要:
马铃薯生产只注重氮磷钾等大量元素的)施用,而忽略了微量元素的作用。试验以当地主栽马铃薯品种“兴佳2 号”为试验材料, 主要研究增施镁肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。结果显示,当镁肥用量为4kg/亩时,马铃薯的亩产量、淀粉含量和镁含量最高,同时还原糖含量最低。镁肥不仅能提高马铃薯产量,而且还可显著提高淀粉含量和镁含量,降低还原糖含量,合理的用量也可提高粗蛋白含量,但对维生素C 含量影响不明显。
Abstract:
Potato production only focuses on the application of a large number of elements such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium, while ignoring the role of trace elements. The main potato cultivar "Xingjia 2"was used as the test material to study the effect of increasing magnesium fertilizer on potato yield and quality.The results showed that when the magnesium fertilizer content was 4kg/ mu, the potato yield per mu, starchcontent and magnesium content were the highest, and the reducing sugar content was the lowest. Magnesiumfertilizer can not only increase potato yield, but also significantly increase starch content and magnesium con?tent, reduce reducing sugar content, reasonable dosage can also increase crude protein content, but has no ob?vious effect on vitamin C content.
