摘要:
“酶工程”是高校生物工程专业和生物技术专业的主干核心课程,教学内容包括酶学理 论基础知识、酶制剂生产及酶的改性和酶的应用。为了使酶工程教学适合应用型人才培养模式, 通过优化课程教学内容、改进实践教学方法和手段等措施,有效地提高了酶工程教学的课堂效率 和学生的自学能力,加强了学生对综合知识运用、分析和解决问题的能力。
Abstract:
Enzyme Engineering is the core curriculum of bioengineering and biotechnology. The teach? ing content includes the basic enzyme knowledge, enzyme’s production、modification and application. In order to adapt the enzymatic engineering teaching to the application- oriented talent training mode, These are effectively improved about the classroom efficiency of the enzymatic engineering teaching and the self-learning ability of the students by optimizing the teaching content and improving the practical teaching methods and means, and the students' comprehensive knowledge, the ability of analyzing and solving problems were strengthened.
