摘要:: 赣商是我国重要的地域性商业团体，在经营发展中所体现的素质与精神品质，可以为高职院校的创新创业教育提供参考。基于此，文章以高职院校电子商务专业为例，分析了赣商文化对于培育高职学生创新创业素养的重要价值，以此为基础研究赣商文化在高职院校培养学生创新创业素质中的应用策略。

Abstract:: Taking e-commerce major in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper analyzes the important value of Jiangxi business culture in cultivating students' innovative and entrepreneurial qualities, studies the application strategy of Jiangxi business culture in cultivating students' innovative and entrepreneurial qualities in higher vocational colleges.
