摘要:
新时代乡村振兴的号角已经吹响，无论是精准扶贫还是秀美乡村的建设，国家在乡村振兴上 的力度之大前所未有。乡村振兴的背后，有这着历史、现实、未来等三个维度的重要意义。因此，通过 对乡村振兴的背后逻辑蕴涵进行深入地学理性分析，有助于我们更好地了解现行“三农”政策，更好地 把握新时代的乡村建设的方向和脉络。
Abstract:
The horn of rural revitalization in the new era has been sounded, whether it is precision poverty alleviation or beautiful rural construction, the strength of the country in rural revitalization is unprecedented. Behind the rural revitalization, there is the significance of this three dimensions, such as history, reality and future. Therefore, through the deep analysis of the logical implication behind the rural revitalization, it is helpful for us to better understand the current "three rural" policy and better grasp the direction and context of rural construction in the new era.
