摘要:
党的十九届五中全会作出“优先发展农业农村、全面推进乡村振兴,实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴 有效衔接”的重大决策，是脱贫攻坚取得胜利后“三农”工作重心的历史性转移。新时代如何发挥县乡两级基层农业部 门在乡村振兴战略中的支撑作用，如何配置部门优势资源，是当前需要深入思考和探索的课题。正安县农业农村部门 围绕脱贫巩固提升，按照“产业兴农、改革强农、品牌富农、装备助农、生态立农、政策助农”的思路，就乡村振兴战略下 基层农业部门职能融合做了深入探讨，取得成效。
