摘要:
鉴于目前研究生培养过程中存在思想政治不到位、导师科研资源不充足、科研平台开放不充分、科研育人机制不健全等问题，本文以广东海洋大学作物学硕士研究生为研究对象，提出强化党建引领、提高科学素养、学习科研方法和培养创新思维的策略，大力实施“一贯穿”方式和“三融合”形式，着力构建一套“一贯三融”的研究生人才培养模式。
