摘要:
青刺果,属蔷薇科李亚科扁核木属植物。由于青刺果具有十分广泛的应用价值,合理有 效地开发利用青刺果已产生巨大的经济、社会和生态效益,已逐步成为地方经济转型升级的支柱 产业之一。本研究通过对青刺果侧芽诱导,深入探究青刺果侧芽诱导技术方法。通过对青刺果 外植体的组织培养发现,以MS 培养基为基质,在含基质4.74g/L、糖30 g/L、琼脂6.5 g/L 的母液 中加入0.5mg/L 6-BA(细胞分裂素)和0.1mg/L IBA(生长素)的培养基,对于青刺果侧芽的诱导效果最 佳。本研究对青刺果种植资源进行良种
Abstract:
The thorn fruit is a genus of the genus Rosaceae. Because of the wide application value of green thorn fruit.The rational and effective development and utilization of green thorn fruit has pro? duced enormous economic, social and ecological benefits. It has gradually become one of the pillar in? dustries for the transformation and upgrading of the local economy. In this study, the lateral bud induc? tion technique of the thorn fruit was deeply explored. Through the tissue culture of the thorn fruit ex? plants, MS medium as matrix, containing matrix 4.74g / L, sugar 30 g / L, agar 6.5 g / L, it was found that the medium of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA (cytokinin) and 0.1 mg/L IBA (auxin) was added on the basis of MS medium. The lateral buds have the best induction effect. This study can provide technical support for the cultivation of green thorn fruit cultivation, breeding, domestication, seedling cultivation and cultiva? tion management.
