摘要:
本试验通过5mg/L、10mg/L 和20mg/L 三种不同浓度赤霉素对高羊茅、黑麦草和早熟禾 三种冷季型草坪草种子进行浸种催芽处理,研究表明:三种草坪草种子活力有差异,低浓度赤霉 素对三种草坪草种子萌发有一定促进作用,但不同种子对赤霉素敏感性存在差异,依次为:高羊 茅>早熟禾>黑麦草,促进其萌发的赤霉素最适浓度分别为:小于5mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L 。
Abstract:
In this experiment, the seeds of three cool-season turfgrass, such as tall fescue(Festuca arun? dinacea ),ryegrass(Lolium perenne )and bluegrass(Poa pratensis ), were treaded by different GA3 in three concentration of 5mg/L, 10mg/L and 20mg/L.The results showed that there are differences in the seeds vigor of three turfgrasses;low concentration of GA3 could promote the seeds germination of three turf? grasses, but the sensitivity of different seeds to GA3 was different,as follows: tall fescue > bluegrass> ryegrass, the optimum concentrations of GA3 were: less than 5 mg/L, 5 mg/Land 10 mg/L.
