摘要:
本文立足教学一线，又有多年的企业工作经验。在这个基础上深入研究了当前产教融 合的背景下，职业院校教师和企业技术人员双向流动的模式及其存在的问题，提出了自己的解 决方案——企业参与的委托培养模式，并提出解决该模式下的一些关键的问题建议。
Abstract:
This article is based on the teaching line, and has many years of enterprise working experi? ence. On this basis, under the background of the integration of industry and education, this paper deep? ly studies the two-way flow pattern of teachers and technical personnel in vocational colleges and their existing problems, and puts forward their own solution-the entrustment training mode of enterprise par? ticipation. At the same time, some key problems and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in this mode.
