摘要:
当前，大部分高职院校的学校管理都已经采用了精细化管理的模式，在开展教育过程 中秉持着以学生为本的理念，按照科学的方法来组织学生教育教学工作的进行，在学生教育、教 学组织等各方面上获得了很大的进步，但是在具体的实践应用中，仍旧是存在着一些盲区和问 题。基于此，文章对精细化管理在高职院校教学管理中的应用进行了深入的分析和探讨。
Abstract:
The current, most of higher vocational colleges them have adopted the mode of fine management. In the process of carrying out education, they adhere to the concept of student-oriented, and organize the teaching work of education for students according to the scientific method. made great progress in students education, teaching organization and other aspects, there are still some blind spots and problems in the specific practical application.this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the application of fine management in teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
