摘要:
与现代农业发展的新要求结合,通过对莘县70 年来农业发展取得的成就、经验的总结,深入 剖析莘县农业当前所面临的挑战，并从发展“绿色生态”农业，促进农业可持续发展、发展“三型特色” 农业，提升农产品竞争力、发展“品牌信息”农业，提高农产品影响力、实施“科技兴农”战略，促进农业 高质量发展、坚持“依法治农”策略，完善相关法规体系建设、实施“人才强农”战略，加强农业高层次人 才培养等方面，就莘县农业发展思路与对策进行了深入思考。
Abstract:
Combined with the demand of the development of modern agriculture, by shen county agricultural development achievements since 70, the summary of the experience, shen county agricultural deep insight in? to the current challenges, and from the development of green ecological agriculture, promote agricultural sus? tainable development, the development of "three features" agriculture, promote the competitiveness of the ag? ricultural products, developing "brand information" agriculture, enhancing the influence of agricultural prod? ucts, the implementation of the strategy of "scientific technology", to promote agricultural development, ad? here to high quality "for farmers in accordance with the" strategy, improve the relevant laws and regulations system construction, implement the strategy of "talent JiangNong", strengthen the agricultural high-level per? sonnel training, etc., The development of agriculture in Xinxian county thought and countermeasures have been deeply thought.
